June 8,2021 Devotion

 Text: Hosea 1-6

Hosea 2:14-18

14 “Therefore I am now going to allure her;
    I will lead her into the wilderness
    and speak tenderly to her.
15 There I will give her back her vineyards,
    and will make the Valley of Achor[a] a door of hope.
There she will respond[b] as in the days of her youth,
    as in the day she came up out of Egypt.

16 “In that day,” declares the Lord,
    “you will call me ‘my husband’;
    you will no longer call me ‘my master.[c]’
17 I will remove the names of the Baals from her lips;
    no longer will their names be invoked.
18 In that day I will make a covenant for them
    with the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky
    and the creatures that move along the ground.
Bow and sword and battle
    I will abolish from the land,
    so that all may lie down in safety.

Understanding and Application:

Jesus loves us. Kahit na ano payung parusa na ibigay niya sa atin dahil sa ating kasalanan sa kaniya he will still choose us. Wag na wag tayo magtampo pagkinakastigo tayo ni Lord kasi kahit na ganon he still wants the best for us. Kagaya ng promise niya sa devotion ko ngayon, hindi niya tayo itinataboy o itinatakwil kundi tinuturuan niya tayo, nais ni Lord na matuto tayo sa mistakes natin and then we are always free to comeback to his presence wide arms open. That's the love of the Lord that no one can replace. As you read the first to sixth chapter of Hosea makikita niyo yung galit at sama ng loob ni Lord sa mga ginagawa ng mga anak niya, but still he never stop to remind me na even though magalit siya at kasitiguhin niya tayo, in the end, his love will be above all things. Stay by his side, tanggapin niyo lahat ng sermon niya sa inyo and grow with our Lord because that's the only best thing to do habang nandito tayo sa temporary world. Hallelujah Lord Jesus, thank you for the Love, salamat kasi hindi ka nagsasawa na pakinggan lahat ng rants ko. Kahit na alam kong andami kong pagkukulang, hindi ka parin nagkulang sakin Lord, ramdam ko parin na tinatanggap mo parin ako despite of my flaws and imperfections.Thank you so much Lord I love youuuuu <3
